How do we work?

Ok, so when you have your manuscript finished and a book cover designed*, send them over to us and we will make the magic happen.

​

Book formatting services include, where applicable:

• We’ll add page numbers, create nice and stylized headings, paragraphs, tables and everything else in your book using a professional theme at publishing house standards.

• We can take the font used on the book cover and use that for chapter titles or use it to make drop caps to start each new chapter. **

• We can re-create the cover in black and white as the first page inside your book. **

• We can grab an image or symbol from the cover and use it for your chapter headings or as a section divider for example.**

• We’ll add a professional copyright page, dedication, table of contents, index, and more.

• If you have images or illustrations inside your book, we’ll place them in the right place in the e-book or PDF as well. Just send us the Word file of your book with the images in the right place so we can see where you would like them to be in the text. For best results, send us the originals of the used images as well.

* You only need to provide a finished book cover if you want us to incorporate the same fonts inside the book.

** Not every format allows all possible formatting options. Before we start work, we’ll discuss the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages, after which you can make a well-informed decision about which way to go for each of the different formats.
